Single Site Analysis
The MPSI® Single Site Analysis uses proven MPSI sales forecasting technology to evaluate a single location, whether an undeveloped property or an existing open or closed facility. The primary objective of the evaluation is to provide accurate predictions of potential gasoline volume and/or convenience store revenue at a single location. Car Wash, quick service restaurant and retail diesel projections are also available and can be added to the standard product for an additional fee. MPSI also offers Truck and Fuel Stop Site Evaluations. For both Truck and Fuel Stop Evaluations, you will receive projections for gasoline, convenience store and diesel. Additionally, the Truck Stop Site Evaluation provides projections for restaurant (sit-down, waitress-served), travel/gift store and service/repair.
