Requirements
You will be required to assign a designated contact person that will coordinate and participate in meetings, set objectives and provide data, such as outlet templates and economics. The process begins with a 1-3 day Discovery Session facilitated by an MPSI Retail Consultant. Key individuals from your organization will be required to attend the Discovery Session.
